THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No.18406 of 2022 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent and his subordinates in interfering with the civil disputes pending in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.33 guntas situated in Survey Nos.62, 63 and 64 of Thokatta Village, Secunderabad, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

Sri L.Ram Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that when the petitioner is clearing the land for conducting pooja, the 2nd respondent and his subordinates came to the land and threatened him to settle the issue with the unofficial respondent. Aggrieved by the high handed action of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3.

Sri S.Rama Mohan Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on the written instructions received from the Inspector of Police, Bowenpally Police Station, submitted that the respondent police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. The 2nd respondent is not concerned with any of the allegations and petitioner has come before this Court by making omnibus allegations.

Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader that the respondent police are not interfering with the civil disputes, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
