I This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crime No.B17 of 2013 of Punjagutta Police Station, Hvderabad. 2.

No representation on petitioner's side. There was no representation even on 22.02.2022. On 17 .01.2022, learned counsel lor the petitioner submitted that he is unable to contact his client. However, on that day, to accommodate, time was granted. Though the matter is listed on this day under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", yet, there is no representation.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecLltion. Interim order granted by this Court on 27.11,2013 sha11 stand vacated.
