Petitioner filed W.P.No.19292 of 2016 against the same parties for the same relief and has withdrawn the same on 02-09-2016 without seeking any relief to file fresh Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to be payable by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court Buildings, Hyderabad, within two weeks from today. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
