Bhosale) When the writ petition was called out, Mr. B. Srinivas, learned counsel holding for Mr. K.R. Prabhakar, Advocate on record for the petitioner, submits that Mr. Prabhakar is not getting any instructions from the petitioner. He submits that there is absolutely no response from the petitioner and in view thereof, he is unable to argue this petition on merits.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
