THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11008 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K.Laxman, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, the learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing for the third respondent, Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 to 7 and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.8 to 10.
When the matter is taken up it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1738 of 2017 and batch, dated 13.02.2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"In the light of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners to submit their representations to the Chief General Manager (Operations) of the respective Distribution Companies, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open for the Chief General Manager (Operations) to consider and take a decision on the representations in accordance with Section 4B of the Act, within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof. Till the decision is taken, interim order, dated 19.01.2017, shall continue. It is made clear that if the petitioners do not approach the Chief General Manager
(Operations) in terms of the above order, it is open for the respondents to take action as per law".
Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
