HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14058 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners at length. However, this Court is not inclined irrespective of showing that the Court got power to quash the proceedings at any stage before pronouncement of judgment, for the fact that more than 64 witnesses examined and several documents exhibited and the case is almost at fagend of trial to hear the arguments before the trial Court.

Thereby, the Criminal Petition is closed rather dismissal by left open all available defence to raise before the lower Court. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
