HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO C.C.No.2254 of 2014 & W.P.No.32128 of 2014 COMMON ORDER This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.40169 of 2014 in WP No.32128 of 2014, dated 28.10.2014.

Counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent stating that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by lifting the suspension order and the petitioner was given posting orders and accordingly, she reported to duty. In view of the same, the Contempt Case as well as the Writ Petition are closed.
