THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.34651 of 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner seeks incorporation of his name in the web site i.e., web-land pertaining to an extent of Ac.6.14 cents in Sy.No.109/2 of Soubhagyapuram Village, Pendurthy Mandal of Visakhapatnam District as per his pattadar passbooks and title deeds.

2. When the writ petition was initially heard on 26.10.2015, it was found that the petitioner has not made any online application. Therefore, the writ petition was adjourned with a liberty to the petitioner to make such an online application. When the writ petition comes now for filing additional affidavit along with documents in W.P.M.P.No.46187 of 2015, two receipts, dated 6.5.2015 and 27.10.2015, of online payment made by the petitioner are filed.

3. In view of the said online payments already made and the application made by the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
