On the last occasion it was represented by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants that the clients took away the bundle and he also issued a notice with regard to posting of the matter. Today, when the case is called, none appeared on behalf of the appellants. In the circumstances, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
