THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.13260 OF 2019 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed assailing the action of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, the second respondent, in not permitting the petitioner to submit her application and participate in the verification of original certificates. A consequential direction was sought to the second respondent university to receive the petitioner's application for admission to MBBS Course pursuant to the notification dated 21.06.2019.

By interim order dated 01.07.2019, this Court took note of the fact that the lapse was on the part of the petitioner's father inasmuch as he had submitted the online application to the wrong university and directed the second respondent university to consider the petitioner's candidature during the counselling for admission into MBBS Course 2019. 3.

Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the second respondent university, would now inform this Court that the petitioner has already been selected and is admitted into MBBS Course. 4.

In the light of this development, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition which is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
