THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10978 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 04.11.2017 to the District Collector, Guntur District-second respondent herein but no action has been taken till date.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second respondent herein may be directed to verify the said representation and take appropriate action as per law. Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 04.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
