When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have implemented the Award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.126 of 2000 and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
