THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.590 of 2011 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 05.02.2011 in Domestic Violence Appeal No.249 of 2010 to the extent of reducing the maintenance to the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 and also in reducing the compensation to the petitioners.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 16.06.2016. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
