Learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a letter, dated 05.07.2018, before the Registry stating that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and requesting to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
