When the matter is taken up, a brief note/written instructions furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tekkali, is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The last paragraph of the said brief note/written instructions reads as under:- "Smt.B.Ammalu, the respondent recently approached this Office requesting to finalize her case. In this connection, I submit that in view of Hon'ble High Court orders and also orders of the Joint Collector, Srikakulam, I will restore the authorization of Smt.B.Ammalu, F.P.Shop Dealer (u/s) within one week."

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above brief note/written instructions.
