02.02.2022 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition No.(ii) imposed by this Court, while granting bail in Crl.P.No.5099 of 2021, dated 26.07.2021, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 4th Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m., till completion of investigation and filing of the charge sheet.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed.

In view of the above said submission, no further orders need to be passed in this application. Accordingly, this application is closed.
