This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in declaring the third respondent as successful tenderer pursuant to E-Tender Notice dated 06.11.2014 and taking steps to appoint the third respondent as regular contractor for handling and transportation of food grains and allied services at Central Warehouse, Sarangapur of Nizamabad district, though the third respondent is not qualified to be appointed in terms of the conditions of E-Tender Notice. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
