The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action on the part of the 2nd respondent in not carrying out online entries and failing to issue e-passbook in the name of petitioners 1 and 2 in respect of Sy.Nos.266P-4 for an extent of Ac.10.00 and 266P-5, for an extent of Ac.5.00 in total Ac.15.00 in respect of 1st petitioner; and in Sy.No.266P-6 for an extent of Ac.10.00 and 266P-7 for an extent of Ac.5.00 in total Ac.15.00 in respect of 2nd petitioner for the lands situated at Thangellapuram Village of Buchinaidukandrgia Mandal, Chittoor District despite repeated representations, dated 11-04-2016, 02-05-2016 and 06-062016 is erroneous, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300(A) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations made by petitioners forthwith in the interest of justice.
The grievance of petitioners is that their representations, dated 11-04-2016, 02-05-2016 and 06-06-2016 are not being disposed of by the 2nd Respondent.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since representations, dated 11-04-2016, 02-05-2016 and 06-06-2016 of petitioners are pending before the 2nd Respondent, the 2nd Respondent is directed to dispose of the said representations in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
