THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3604 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.22 of 2018 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioners filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6 before the Court below in the aforesaid Calendar Case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6 in C.C.No.22 of 2018 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, is dispensed with. However, the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6 shall appear before the Court below as and when their personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
