THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3394 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Criminal Procedure Code by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.21 of 2022 of Hasanparthy Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 324 r/w.149 of Indian Penal Code.

Briefly stated, the case of the Prosecution is that the petitioners who are Accused Nos.1 and 2 along with seven others attacked the victim who sustained injury on her head, however, she was discharged from the Hospital on 24.01.2022. The other accused Nos.3 to 10 were released on bail by this Court on 16.03.2022.

In the said circumstances, the prayer for bail to the petitioners/A1 and A2 can be considered on the following conditions.

i. the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 is directed to be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only)

each with two sureties each for a likesum, to the satisfaction of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal.

ii. After release on bail, the petitioners/A1 and A2 shall appear before the concerned police station, on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m., till filing of charge sheet.

iii) During the bail period, the petitioners/A1 and A2 shall not indulge in any crime.

iv) The petitioners/A1 and A2 shall not, directly or indirectly, meddle with the investigation, intimidate or induce the witnesses, tamper the evidence and they shall cooperate with the investigating officer for smooth completion of investigation.
