wa_1203_2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These Writ Appeals are filed against common order of a learned single judge dated 11-08-2017 in W.P.Nos. 22530 of 2017 and batch, whereby he has dismissed the said Writ Petitions filed questioning separate but similar proceedings placing the appellants under suspension. 2.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) has placed before us separate proceedings, whereby the suspension of the appellants has been revoked and the appellants have been reinstated into service.

With the issue of the aforementioned proceedings, the cause in the Writ Appeals does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Appeals are accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
