BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.2985 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking implementation of the order dated 29.09.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.5318 of 2015.

Sri P. Laxma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would now inform this Court that the aforestated order has been complied with. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition which is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
