It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the impugned notice dt.27-03-2018 has been withdrawn by 2nd respondent vide proceedings dt.03-04-2018 in Rc.No.456/2018/Zone-VI/Rev. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
