HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 13443 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking appointment of the petitioner as Superintendent of Jawahar Bala Bhavan, Secunderabad, and for consequential relief of setting aside the appointment of the 6th respondent.

2. After issuance of notice before admission, learned counsel for the 6th respondent produced before this Court a copy of OA No.1554 of 2016 filed by the petitioner before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, arraying the 6th respondent herein as 8th respondent in the OA. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 6th respondent that the post of Superintendent in Jawahar Bal Bhavan, Secunderabad is a Government post and the OA was rightly filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of filing of OA, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
