HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.13320 OF 2019 ORDER:

According to petitioner, he is the owner of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.10 guntas in Sy.No.363/AA, Ac.0.38 guntas in Sy.No.364/E and Ac.0.31 guntas in Sy.No.365/AA, together admeasuring Ac.1.39 guntas, situated at Ramamjapur village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy district. He succeeded to the said property after demise of his father. On 03.08.2016, he filed application to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books, and AP-Online acknowledged the submission of said application. Alleging that so far no decision is made on the application filed by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

Though learned Government Pleader sought to contend that petitioner has no manner of right to request mutation of his name, the Court is not expressing any opinion on the issue, since the issue is pending before the Tahsildar. Apparently, application was already filed. If the said application is received and pending, the Tahsildar shall take a decision and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If petitioner is not satisfied with the decision made, he has to work out his remedies as available in law. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
