This criminal revision case is filed under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.PC., by the petitioner-sole accused challenging the judgment dated 17.6.2013 in Criminal Appeal No.417 of 2010 on the file of the court of VII Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner-accused died long back. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the criminal revision case shall stand closed.
