This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the Memorandum dated 14.11.2014 filed by the petitioner and not passing any orders thereon is illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Endowments submitted that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the Memorandum filed by the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent - Commissioner, Endowments Department, to consider the Memorandum dated 14.11.2014 filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same, if it is not already disposed of, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
