HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
Petitioner claims that she was granted house site patta bearing No.29/1416 on 29.12.2006 in Sy.No.180/1 of Mukthinuthalapadu village, Ongole Mandal, but so far possession of house site is not granted to her, causing lot of hardship and suffering. Hence, this writ petition.

On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that on verification of revenue records, it is seen that no such DK Patta was granted and patta relied by petitioner is fake and, therefore, question of handing over possession would not arise. It is also stated that in the written instructions of Tahsildar, he has also informed the learned Assistant Government Pleader that endorsement was issued to petitioner to that effect on 23.02.2018.

In view of rival stands, Court cannot go into the claim of petitioner. Thus, Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to make a detailed application to District Collector, enclosing all relevant documents in support of claim that patta was granted to her in the year 2006 and the same is valid. On submission of such application, District Collector shall consider the same and furnish suitable reply to the petitioner with supporting material. If District Collector is not in agreement with the contention of petitioner, it is open to petitioner to work out her remedies. Record shall be verified and decision shall be given on
application made by petitioner within four weeks from the date of such application.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
