JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order, dated 27.02.2009, in W.C.Case No.22 of 2003 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Gudur.

Sri Manoj Kumar Akula, learned counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter, dated 28.01.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that the appellants have addressed letter requesting him to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellants, has reiterated the said request.

In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 23.04.2009, in CMAMP.No.767 of 2009 is vacated and CMAMP.Nos.767 of 2009 and 272 of 2013 are dismissed as infructuous.
