Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of Plot No.361-H admeasuring 350 sq.yards covered by Survey No.652 situated at Balaji Nagar, Patancheru Town, Sangareddy district having purchased the same under registered sale deed dated 2.5.2013 bearing Doc.No.10174/2013.

In this writ petition, petitioner alleges that the respondent authorities are illegally interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment over the subject property and the respondents have also erected notice boards on her land claiming that the belongs to Government/HMDA. Copy of sale deed and photographs are enclosed to the writ petition.

It can be seen from the photographs filed, one notice board is erected showing that it is a Government land and another notice is erected showing that the land belongs to HMDA. According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to her and the claim of the Government as well as HMDA is not supported by any documentary evidence, except the notice boards erected in the property 4.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3 and perused the material on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, if the petitioner has any grievance as to erection of notice

boards on the land belonging to her, it is always open for the petitioner to approach the Estate Officer, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority or any other officer concerned by making a representation along with the documents in proof of her ownership and claim and on filing such application, the appropriate authority shall consider the same and take appropriate action, as per law. 6.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date: 3.7.2019 DA
