HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6323 of 2017 ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.26527 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.26527 of 2016 and the impugned Memo No.G2/19134/2011, dated 01.12.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent is set aside. There shall be a consequential direction to the Sub-Registrar, Podili, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject property without reference to the order dated 15.03.2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event, the documents presented are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar, Podili, shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with due procedure. No order as to costs.
Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.26527 of 2016, dated 27.08.2016.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
