Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of dismissal of suit O.S.No.1264 of 2005 on 27-10-2014, the cause in this revision does not survive for further adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
