This writ petition is filed by aggrieved by inaction of respondents 1 to 3 in not providing information under the Right to Information Act as per applications submitted by the petitioner dated 09-08-2018, 19-09-2018 and 08-02-2019 with regard to acquisition of land in Sy.Nos 326 and 331 situated at Mutrajupally village, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet District, which was acquired for construction of houses under R& R Kaleshwaram Probject at Mutrajupally Village, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for learned Additional Advocate General submits that necessary information as sought by the petitioner will be provided within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that providing information is very much necessary, as the same has to be filed in the matters pending before the concerned Court. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to provide necessary information sought by the petitioner as per applications stated supra within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
