HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.2053 & 2090 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed aggrieved by the orders passed in the applications filed under Rule 32(2) of Civil Rules of Practice seeking to permit the General Power of Attorney Holders to adduce their evidence, which were dismissed by the Court below.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the main suits itself were dismissed for default and hence nothing survives for adjudication at this stage. On verification, it is found that the main suits were dismissed for default and hence nothing survives for adjudication. Further, it is also represented that applications have also been filed to restore the suits.

In view of the above circumstances, the present revisions are closed giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy at a later point of time. There shall be no order as to costs.
