Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail alternative remedy as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
