THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.7541 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings AHS, dated 22-3-2004 issued by the Correspondent St. Alphonsa's high School, Sidhardha Nagar, Hyderabad is illegal arbitrary, unreasonable, null and void and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, principles of natural justice and Section 79 of the A.P. Education Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
