THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA L.A.A.S No. 239 of 2006 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This appeal is filed by Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Karimnagar, aggrieved by the order and decree dated 05.12.2005 in O.P.No.1 of 2004 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Manthani.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submit that this Court, by order dated 06.07.2013, referred the matter to Lok Adalat, and the Lok Adalat passed Award on 06.12.2014, and thus the matter having been settled before the Lok Adalat, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. A copy of the Award dated 06.12.2014 is placed on record.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 06.12.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
