THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K' LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.4o85 oF 2020 ORDER:

This application is filed under Section 438 Cr'P'C' seeking to enlarge the petitioners herein on anticipatory bail in Cr.No.133B of 2O2O pending on the file of Rajenderanagar Police Station.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the above said FIR was registered under Section 1.74 of Cr.P.C. The l"t petitioner is the mother, the 2nd petitioner is the wife, the 3'd petitioner is the daughter and the 4th petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. There is no allegation against the petitioners herein. 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police have recorded the statements of five u'itnesses, including the statements of father and sister of the deceased. There is nothing alleged against the petitioners herein. So far, the police have not shown the petitioners herein as accused in the FIR. Even then, the petitioners filed the present application with an apprehension. 4 .

Recording the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to move appropriate application in

) the event of Police shor.r.ing them as accused in Cr.No. 133g of 2020.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if an1,, shall stand disposed of.
