Board Of Intermediate Education, v. The Private Junior College Managements Association,
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 1449 OF 2005 10-02-2016 Between:
Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Nampally, Hyderabad, rep., by its Secretary ... Appellant And The Private Junior College Managements Association, Hyderabad, rep., by its Secretary, Sri K. Siddeswar, S/o. K. Yadaiah, R/o Hyderabad and another ... Respondents
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 1449 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is arising out of an interlocutory order dated 2807-2005 passed in WPMP No. 20746 of 2005 in Writ Petition No.16325 of 2005.
We are informed that the writ petition itself has been withdrawn and in view thereof, nothing further survives in the appeal. That seems to be the reason why counsel appearing for the appellant is not coming forward to work out the appeal on merits.
Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
