THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.11054 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking verbatim the following relief:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the Petitioners theatre as per their application dt: 27.03.2018 as illegal, null void and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Tharun Chowdary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both sides are in agreement that the issue involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 & batch and W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the orders in the afore-stated writ petition & batch and W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the same terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
MSRM, J W.P.No.11054 of 2018 The Registry is directed to enclose the copies of orders in the afore-stated writ petitions to this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
