O R D E R:- Sri D. Ravi Shankar Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, while referring to the counter affidavit, has submitted that tenders were finalized and the work was awarded and got executed long back, as such, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent and in the absence of any contra material on record, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, interim orders, if any passed, shall stand dissolved.
