Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the institution of the writ petition, a crime has been duly registered and that, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
