HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.11982 of 2014 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. During the course of hearing the petition, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that C.C.No.516 of 2011 is now on trial before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court at Nalgonda and the petitioner/A3 is a lady and Government employee and hence her presence may be dispensed with to enable her to attend her job as well as to defend her case before the trial Court in a proper manner. Learned counsel submitted that petitioner/A3 will not be insisting for quashment of proceedings against her. Having regard to the above prayer, which is considered to be a reasonable one, the attendance of petitioner/A3 in C.C.No.516 of 2011 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court at Nalgonda is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires her attendance. Petitioner/A3 shall face trial and put-forth all the defences which are legally available to her for consideration by trial Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
