The Assistant Engineer (Operations), Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd., Kodakandla section, Warangal District .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in transferring the petitioner outside the Sub-Division vide Memo No. DEE/OP/MBD/JAO(Adm)/SA1/D.No.394/2015 dated 30.5.2015 contrary to the transfer guidelines communicated vide Memo No. MD(CGM(HRD)./ GM(S)/AS(Estt)/PO.A/261-A3/15, dated 11.5.2015 as being arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, motivated and in violation of Articles 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently hold that the petitioner shall be transferred or retained in Thorrur sub -Division with all consequential benefits .

Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P. the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of impugned Memo. No. DEE/OP/MBD/JAO (Adm)/SA1/D.NO.394/15, dated 30-5-2015 issued by the 2nd respondent in so far as the petitioner is concerned, pending disposal of Writ Petition No. 15675 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D. Linga Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, and Sri P. Laxma Reddy, Advocate for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:

today shall be maintained."
