O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Molakala Cheruvu, Chittor District, was interfering with the quarrying operations and transportation of the mineral from the quarry leased area to different locations at the behest of the unofficial respondents. Written instructions dated 05.01.2016 were furnished by the SubInspector of Police, PTM Police Station, Chittoor District, wherein he denied the contention of the petitioner that at the instance of the unofficial respondents the police authorities had stopped the quarrying operations of the petitioner or interfered with transportation of the quarried mineral. The Sub-Inspector further stated that the police authorities never interfered with the lawful mining operations at the petitioner's quarry at any point of time.

The aforestated stand of the police authorities is taken on record. In the light thereof, no adjudication is warranted in this writ petition and the same is also conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
