It is stated by the counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order in W.P.No.38405 of dt.27.11.2015 and the order dt.19.03.2018 in W.P.No.8844 of 2018.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned notice dt.22.03.2018 in Cr.No.17 of 2018 on the file of SHO., Bheemghal issued by the 2nd respondent is set aside. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
