This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in calling the petitioner to their police station frequently without following due process of law and in harassing him to settle the disputes with the private persons. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions submits that Crime No.187 of 2019 is registered against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy against registration of crime. Recording the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law against registration of crime. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
