This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not considering the complaints dated 18.03.2022 and 24.03.2022 and registering F.I.Rs. and investigation against the 5th respondent on his illegal acts of committing rape on the petitioner wife i.e., 4th respondent, and further continuing illegal illicit contact with the petitioner's wife by luring her and cheating the petitioner and further endangering petitioner's life and personal liberty, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Sri Kandadi Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the complaints are given to the respondent police, but they failed to take any action. Hence, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

S.Rama Mohan Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on the written instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Valigonda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, submitted that basing on the contents of the complaint, a case in Crime No.84 of 2022 for the

offence under Section 506 read with 34 IPC was registered on 23.03.2022 after obtaining permission from the Court.

Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader that the complaint is already registered, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
