Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in this Writ Petition became infructuous as the Government has rejected the stay application after filing the present Writ Petition and the petitioner has already filed another Writ Petition being W.P.No. 24272 of 2021 and appropriate orders were already passed in the said Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
