This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.49 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Eluru, arising out of offences under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time, confined his arguments with regard to dispensing with the presence of the petitioners herein.

Considering the same, the presence of the petitioners 2 to 7 is dispensed with except on the dates when the trial Court insists for their appearance. However, the presence of first petitioner is not dispensed with and the first petitioner shall represent on behalf of petitioners 2 to

7. The petitioners shall be represented through their counsel before the Court below on all hearing dates.
